Return Policy:

All returns require an authorized RMA number assigned by an authorized representative. Please contact us with your order information and the problem and we will get back to you shortly. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be returned to sender. All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be returned to Whiskey Creek Trading Company freight PREPAID. Freight collect shipments will be refused. The RMA number should be clearly marked on all packages. Please do not use the US Postal Service. It is highly recommended that you use a shipping system that can track your shipment such as UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. If your order was sent to you via common carrier, then it will likely need to be returned using common carrier. Please note that the shipping costs for returns may be higher than the original shipment costs. Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the merchandise arriving to Whiskey Creek Trading Company in the same condition as when you received it from us. All merchandise returned NON-DEFECTIVE will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are calculated based on the purchase price of the merchandise only. All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to an additional fee on a case-by-case basis (please call for details). Items showing obvious signs of misuse and/or consumer abuse are not eligible for return. Items returned with missing parts and/or accessories will be charged accordingly. Items that cannot be returned: custom cut lengths of rub rail, custom made tarps or other special orders. All pre-approved refunds will be issued with a Whiskey Creek Trading Company check in your name. Please allow us up to two weeks for return processing.

Shipping Damage Policy:

Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt (open all packages and confirm the contents are ok). If damage occurs during shipping of any product to you, refuse delivery if possible. Immediately contact us or you may lose your rights. The delivering company is responsible for delivering your product intact, but they must be promptly made aware of any damage caused during shipping. Our shipments are insured to cover the replacement of damaged product. We will attempt to get the replacement product shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Warranty Information:
The manufacturers of the products we carry generally warrant the products under normal, non-commercial usage for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Warranty is made to the original purchaser only. Manufacturers require proof of purchase for all warranty claims. If a warranty card is included with any product, please review the Warranty information before using the product. Any such warranty card is generally the prevailing warranty for the product. For specific warranty information, you may contact us directly. Manufactures may change their policies without notifying us therefore we do not generally publish this information.
