Patriot Docks Return Policy

Patriot Docks only accepts returns through retail partners and all returns must be requested through the retailer from whom you purchased your Patriot products. Please contact your retailer directly for initiating all returns.

The retailer will communicate with you directly about the specific steps you need to take to process your return and refund based on the terms of the transaction. Terms and conditions for returns are different from one retail partner to another, but generally, we follow several steps when return requests are made.

Generally, an RMA request will be made, and an RMA number will be provided to you or the retailer. Then the customer will coordinate with Patriot Docks and the retailer to organize the tags and timing of the return shipment based on whether the return is sent in a box or on a pallet.

Returns are only accepted when the product is in new condition, and the return is initiated by the customer within a 15-day window from the time of delivery receipt. In situations where orders were damaged in shipment, parts were missing, or there is a manufacturer’s defect, please do not initiate a return. Rather, in the case of damaged, missing, or defective items, please reach out directly to us so we can help solve the problem directly.

Shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless specified differently under the terms of the retailer. USPS may not be used for returns coming back to our warehouse, but only FedEx and UPS are valid carriers for returns.

Refunds will not be issued until after the safe receipt of the products and a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Return requirements for LTL are handled on a case-by-case basis and palletizing orders will be required of customers returning docks on a pallet after the order has been received.

Some customers prefer to order small units as samples prior to ordering an entire dock. Processing returns are made easy if like-new products are not going to work for your situation. Patriot Docks strives to work with customers if outstanding issues arise as we stand by our products and aim for full customer satisfaction.
