Marine Curtain Return Policy

Measure carefully! All curtain kits are “made-to-order” and are thus specific to your order. However, we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn’t work out, which is why we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

A made-to-order canopy curtain kit may be returned within the first 30 days after shipment, but is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will need to pay the return shipping charge if it does not fall under the warranty. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; as well as parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included.

You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA#) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department.

Marine Curtain Warranty

We warrant our curtains to be free from workmanship defects that would be noticeable upon arrival or during initial inspection. If you notice any defects when you receive your curtain please let us know so we can assist you with a replacement.
